Outdated core, themes and plugins are the single most common cause of a WordPress site breaking or being compromised. Updating monthly and checking compatibility prevents most of it.
Small fixes are included
Text changes, swapping an image, adjusting a setting. Up to 1.5 hours a month at no extra cost, so you are not invoiced for every five minute request.
You are told before things expire
Domain and hosting renewal dates are tracked. You get warned in time instead of finding out when the site goes dark.
